モバイルバッテリーご利用に関するお願い

平素よりANAクラウンプラザホテル金沢をご愛顧賜り誠にありがとうございます。

モバイルバッテリーの発熱や発煙、発火などの事故が国内外で報告されております。
お客様の安全と快適なご滞在のため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご使用に際し、下記の点にご留意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

■ 就寝中やご不在時のモバイルバッテリー充電はお控えください。
■ モバイルバッテリーを使用して電子機器を充電される場合、または客室内のコンセントからモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合は、以下のような場所でのご使用をお避けください。
・ 直射日光が当たる窓際
・ ベッドや寝具、カーテンなど可燃性の素材の上
・ お客様ご自身で状態を確認できない環境

充電の際は、常にお客様の目の届く場所・時間帯でのご利用をお願いいたします。

また、清掃時に上記に該当する状況が確認された場合、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を一時的に移動させていただく場合がございます。

Request Regarding the Use of Portable chargers

Incidents involving portable chargers overheating, emitting smoke, or catching fire have been reported both domestically and internationally.
For your safety and comfort during your stay, please note the following when using portable chargers in your guest room.

■　Please refrain from charging portable chargers while sleeping or when you are away.
■　When using a mobile battery to charge electronic devices, or when charging the portable charger from an outlet in your cabin, please avoid using it in the following locations:
・ Near a window exposed to direct sunlight
・ On flammable materials such as beds, bedding, curtains, etc.
・ An environment where customers cannot verify the status themselves

When charging, please always use the device within your sight and during times when you can monitor it.

Additionally, if any of the above situations are observed during cleaning, staff may temporarily relocate the portable charger to ensure safety.
